Comfrey – Rich in allantoin and rosmarinic acid, comfrey is a traditional herb used to support skin regeneration and reduce inflammation. Often called “knitbone,” it's beloved for helping with minor wounds, bruises, and muscle soreness.
Calendula – Grown in Sigrid’s own garden, calendula is soothing, anti-inflammatory, and speeds skin recovery. It’s especially helpful for dry, cracked, or sensitive skin.
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil – A nourishing, antioxidant-rich oil that softens skin and supports barrier repair.
