Where do Sigrid Naturals products ship?

We ship across Canada, the USA, and Internationally.

What are the shipping methods and rates for each location?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on location.

How will the product be shipped? What kind of packaging is being used?

All of the material we use to ship our products in are paper based. We have partnered with neighbouring local businesses to reuse much of their packaging from shipments and delivery to give it a second use. We recommend doing the same and extending the lifecycle of these materials as much as possible!

What kind of timeframe should I expect my products to be shipped within?

Please allow for 3-7 business days for your products to be shipped. The amount of time it takes to get to you is dependent on your location and will be estimated at checkout.

How do I change my shipping details after an order is placed?

I am shipping a gift and would like it gift wrapped, what should I do?

If you have any special requests regarding an order, including gift wrapping, please email with the details and we will see what we can do.


What is your return policy?

Our number one priority is to provide products that you will love. If you have any concerns or issues with our products we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange. Please reach out to and provide details on your order and why you are unhappy with your purchase.

What if an item arrives damaged or is defective?

If there are any issues with your order due to defect or damage from shipping we will happily provide you a replacement or a refund. Please email regarding the issue with your order.

I bought a gift for someone but they don't want it, what should I do?

If you or someone else is unhappy with our product we will happily provide an exchange or a refund. Please email and provide the details of your order.
